Membership in the Organization is voluntary. According to the statute and existing legislation the Members shall be citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons residing in Ukraine legally, at least 18 years old, supporting the goals and objectives of the Charter and recognize it.

Admission to Members is carried out on the basis of the application. The application is considered by the Board, which shall decide in accordance with the Charter of the Organization.
